Department: Eye Care Hospital & Surgical OT | Nature: Full-Time / Visiting Consultant
Qualification: MS / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology from a recognized university.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Phacoemulsification and Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS).
Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality cataract surgeries, oversee eye OPD consultations, guide optometrists, and participate in community eye screening programs across rural blocks.
Department: Eye OPD & Rural Vision Centres | Nature: Full-Time
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Optometry (D.Opt / B.Optom).
Experience: 1–3 years experience in computerized refraction, vision testing, and spectacle dispensing.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preliminary vision screening, operates autorefractometers, prescribe corrective lenses, identify cataract patients for surgery, and manage satellite Vision Centres.
Department: Dental Care Centre | Nature: Full-Time / Scheduled OPD Days
Qualification: BDS / MDS registered with Dental Council.
Experience: 1+ year clinical experience in Root Canal Treatment (RCT), extractions, scaling, crowns, and oral health counselling.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental OPD consultations, minor oral surgeries, pediatric dental care, and preventive oral health screenings.
Department: General Medicine OPD | Nature: Full-Time / OPD Shifts
Qualification: MBBS / MD in General Medicine registered with Medical Council.
Experience: Experience in primary care, fever management, diabetes, hypertension, and general adult consultations.
Key Responsibilities: Outpatient consultations, prescribing essential medicines, diagnostic referrals, and emergency medical guidance.
Department: Diagnostics & Pathology | Nature: Full-Time
Qualification: DMLT or BMLT from a recognized technical institute.
Experience: 1+ year experience in phlebotomy, blood biochemistry, CBC analyzers, urine tests, and diagnostic reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Sample collection, routine pathology investigations, maintaining laboratory equipment quality, and timely report generation.
Department: Surgical OT & Nursing Wards | Nature: Full-Time
Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing registered with Nursing Council.
Experience: Clinical experience in surgical operation theater assistance, patient care, pre-op/post-op care, and sterile instrument maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Patient preparation, surgical scrubbing/assisting in OT, vitals monitoring, post-operative nursing care, and infection control.
